Meet Jimmie Wilson. She’s been with AlaskaFit Boot Camp for 4 months. In addition to Boot Camp, she did our Fuel Your Life Program. Her biggest struggle was getting in enough calories so that her body could process all of the hard work she was doing at Boot Camp. Once we got her on track and she changed her eating habits, she saw real changes in her body. She lost 2.1% body fat and 4.5 inches.
What’s even more amazing about Jimmie is that when we did her Resting Metabolic Rate testing, we found out she had to just about double the number of calories she was eating each day… that’s right double. And, the closer she got to reaching her calorie goal, the more weight she lost!
