Cindy is a life-long sitter. She likes to bead and read and she has spent her professional career sitting behind computers. Exercise was never her favorite thing to do. Yes, she knew intellectually that exercise was good for her, but her body protested every time she tried.
Cindy is in our Small Group Personal Training program. In the 9 months she’s been with us she has more than accomplished her goal of building muscle mass.
